Pleasant room very conveniently located in town .. one block from the ocean-side boardwalk and just about 4 blocks from the train station, maybe 10 from the port (cruise ships). The bathroom was private but in a separate room (the other two bedrooms had the bath within). There was coffee (Nespresso machine) available in the morning, a water bubbler, and common-use refridgerator. There is a small kitchen (one can use the plates, cups, etc, but clean up after of course) and the cooking area is for those renting the full apartment. You receive a continental breakfast voucher for each day for 2 local cafés: coffee or juice and a croissant or such. The WiFi is excellent. Benilde’s shop (Lucia) is just a block away. One trick here was actually finding the AirBnB initially because there are very few street signs. There is an open-air market and grocery stores within a few blocks and a quick mart one block away. The ocean boardwalk is wonderful and has quite a history .. the “beach” is more rounded stones, not sand. A street sweeper vehicle comes around every morning. I did not see Benilde but twice during my 4 night stay but she had a sweet housekeeper there every morning keeping the place clean and tidy. I recommend this room.
